Intellectual property

All content published on reindexme.com — including text, graphics, source code, structure and design — is the exclusive property of Alessandro Memmola and is protected by copyright laws in Italy and the European Union.

Permitted use

The site is freely accessible and usable by anyone for personal and professional use. No registration or attribution is required to use the online tool.

Prohibited use

The following are expressly forbidden:

  • Copying, reproducing or redistributing the site's source code in whole or in part
  • Creating derivative services based on the site's code or structure
  • Automated scraping of the site's content
  • Using the "reindexme" or "reindexme.com" brand without written authorization
02 // The Embeddable Widget

Free embed license

The reindexme widget is licensed free of charge and non-exclusively for embedding on any website, personal or commercial, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The widget must be embedded via the official iframe or script tag provided by reindexme.com
  • The "reindexme.com" signature and "BY ALESSANDRO MEMMOLA" attribution visible in the widget must not be removed or altered
  • The widget's source code must not be modified

Required attribution

The embed automatically includes the visible signature. No additional attribution in the page hosting the widget is required, as long as the internal widget signature remains intact.

Prohibitions

The following are forbidden:

  • Copying the widget's HTML/CSS/JS code and self-hosting it
  • Creating modified versions of the widget that remove branding
  • Selling or sub-licensing access to the widget
  • Using the widget in illegal, fraudulent or harmful contexts
03 // Warranties and Liability

No warranties

The tool and widget are provided "as-is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Alessandro Memmola does not guarantee that the tool will produce specific results in search engine indexing times, which depend exclusively on Google, Bing and other third-party engines.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Alessandro Memmola be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the tool or widget.

04 // Privacy and Data

No data collected

reindexme.com and the widget do not collect, process or store any personal data from users. URLs entered in the tool are processed entirely in the user's browser and sent directly to Bing, Yandex and Google APIs without passing through any proprietary servers.

The site does not use profiling cookies or behavioral tracking systems.
