Website, workflow, extension and legacy widget are different parts of the project.
These terms govern the public ReIndexMe website and the tools distributed directly by Alessandro Memmola / Memmola Labs, unless a specific component is accompanied by a separate license or store agreement.
Third-party platforms, browser stores, search engines and external services linked from ReIndexMe are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The website is free to use, not free to republish.
You may freely access ReIndexMe, use its public tools and share links to its pages. No ReIndexMe account is required for the core website workflow.
Unless a separate license expressly says otherwise, the original text, interface, graphics, structure and proprietary code of reindexme.com remain protected.

ReIndexMe's LinkedIn Refresh workflow helps users check a public LinkedIn profile, inspect current search visibility, open official diagnostic tools and follow legitimate discovery actions.
The workflow does not represent that an automatic submission has occurred when ReIndexMe has only opened a search page, diagnostic tool or external service.
The browser extension is designed around user-triggered local inspection.
ReIndexMe Local Inspector is intended to analyze the page the user explicitly chooses to inspect, helping identify signals such as indexability, canonical configuration, metadata, structured data and related discovery information.
The extension is designed around the principles of no ReIndexMe account, no ReIndexMe domain verification, no permanent site access and no permanent URL collection as part of the core inspection workflow.
Final permissions, browser-store requirements and technical behavior are governed by the version actually distributed through the relevant store or repository.
Existing official embeds remain covered while the widget is available.
Where the official ReIndexMe embeddable widget is still distributed, it may be embedded free of charge on personal or commercial websites using the official iframe or embed method supplied by ReIndexMe.
- Visible ReIndexMe attribution must not be removed or altered.
- The widget must not be copied and self-hosted as a separate product.
- The widget must not be sold, sublicensed or rebranded.
- It must not be used in illegal, fraudulent or harmful contexts.
ReIndexMe may change or discontinue distribution of the widget in the future. This section exists to clarify the status of existing legitimate embeds.
No profiling relationship is required to use the core tools.
ReIndexMe is not designed around user accounts, behavioral profiling or the permanent collection of URLs entered or inspected through its core tools.
The current LinkedIn workflow opens external search and diagnostic services in the user's browser. Those external services may process requests according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Local Inspector is intended to analyze the active page locally when triggered by the user. If future versions introduce optional services that change this behavior, the relevant privacy information must be updated before or when those features are released.
Google, Bing, LinkedIn and browser stores remain independent services.
ReIndexMe may link to Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons, GitHub and other third-party platforms.
ReIndexMe does not control their crawling schedules, search results, availability, moderation, indexing policies, data processing or technical behavior.
ReIndexMe remains a Memmola Labs project.
Unless otherwise stated, the original ReIndexMe interface, branding, documentation, promotional materials and proprietary code are created by Alessandro Memmola / Memmola Labs.
Third-party libraries, trademarks, icons, services and other materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

ReIndexMe is provided “as is”. It does not guarantee that a URL, page or profile will be crawled, re-crawled, indexed, re-indexed, ranked or updated in search results within any specific period.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alessandro Memmola and Memmola Labs are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of ReIndexMe, unavailable third-party services or decisions made by search engines.
Mandatory rights and protections provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
Donations do not buy ownership or special rights.
Contributions through PayPal, GitHub Sponsors or similar platforms are voluntary and do not grant intellectual-property rights, ownership, control over the roadmap or a separate commercial license.
ReIndexMe can evolve, and these terms can evolve with it.
ReIndexMe may update its website, tools, extension, legacy widget and these terms. The version published on this page is the current version and includes its update date.
